Welcome to “Druk Yul” the Land Of The Thunder Dragon. Bhutan, a Buddhist country can be spotted in the great Himalayas sandwiched between the two giant neighbours of China to the north and India to the south. Bhutan has been described as the last Shangri-La in the world with breathtaking landscape, magnificent rich wildlife and, glorious cultural heritage. The country maintains its unique tradition and culture heritage to the outside world, which makes it a favorite tourist destination. It is an attractive place where most of the outsiders and travelers have journeyed, experienced, and is today, one of the most sought travel destinations. However, owing to the inappropriate development of transportation system in Bhutan, tourists are encouraged for guided and package tours.

What Our Client's Say
We spent two weeks in Bhutan, together with the whole family (ok, one sister and brother in law were missing). My parents already travelled there in the year before and had such a great time with Sangay that they wanted to repeat it. Bhutan is truly a unique country, I also have been to some places on earth before, but Bhutan is just special. You get different feelings as soon as you cross the border, it is a good spirit which affects you and you forget all the stress you had in the job back home.
We wanted to thank Bhutan Welfare Tour & Travels for your wonderful hospitality, and for the opportunity to see and get to know your beautiful and peaceful country. We really enjoyed our visit which gave us an interesting glance upon your values, tradition, happiness and a view to the amazing landscape in Bhutan. We also had the pleasure of meeting the people of Bhutan. Thank you and wish you all the best of luck to introduce Bhutan to the world a success.
